The course was easy to use, very good access; the audio was clear, easy to understand and was fully detailed. I learnt more than I already knew, the information was very useful. I liked the mini quiz at the end of each section to help me remember further information.
I needed to re-new my certificate and was very pleased with how brief and informative the course was. The previous course I took was over double the time and frankly included a great deal of irrelevant information. This covered what I needed to know, it was fast and easy to navigate.

You need a clear neutral accent to carry this course through. The narrator was very clear and concise and kept your attention. Very simplified without being too patronising.
I learnt a lot of important things I didn't know about food and cross contamination.
I was a bit nervous at first but it was easy to follow and complete.
Found the course really easy to access and use. A positive being you could stop the training and the resume the course at a later date.
