I enjoyed the course and it gave me a good understanding of the importance of hygiene and food safety and how they relate to each other.

The course was very useful however there is no room to take a break to absorb all the information needed.

This course was very helpful. It was very clearly explained with summary points at the end to help if you didn't understand. It gave you many helpful points that I didn't know or realise and now I can take them all into account. I found that the man that was in the videos was very clearly spoken and gave pictured videos and examples when needed which also helped me remember it when I was taking the test.To improve the course, perhaps ask more questions at the end of each topic just so the information has really stuck in our head ready for the test but I was really happy with the course overall and this showed in my end result scoring 19/20 making 95% overall!

I found this course useful both personally and professionally and use guidelines with the tenants I work with on a daily basis to help keep them safe.
