It is a clear informative and educational course.
I completed this course last year off site this online course was just as good
The criticism i would have is one of the final questions is very hard for me to get right and have got it wrong both times I have done the course. Not because I did not know the answer but because I am Dyslexic. You put the words disinfectant and detergent together. Its very hard to read when you struggle with dyslexia. Not a big deal but maybe worth looking at in the future. Other than that an excellent course!
