I did this course as Chair of the schools PTA and as Deputy Head teacher I can be involved in helping out with catering at school events. I thought this would be sensible to ensure that I do not make a mistake that could lead to people becoming ill.

i did have one problem it seemed to frozen and the program jumped when i reached program 4 other than that it was easy step by step.
The course is very easy to follow and clear. Also I like the fact we can go back over any sections of the course, before the test.
This course programme has given me more knowledge of food hygiene and food handling.

Loved this course easy to understand and gives you the option to write notes out. Like the way it gives you all the information at the end again that each video has spoken about. I think being able to go back through the topics before you do the test. Gives you the chance to read through everything first instead of just going straight to a test. Would like all courses to give you this option. It's so much easier
