Liked the short, sharp video presentations. The cards in the style of top trumps were interesting. Couldn't read all the information about the floors, ceilings etc when having to click on the workplace and how to maintain the inside. The screen would not scroll down so many sentences were half finished and I had to guess the rest.
I enjoyed doing the course, it was interesting, it has taught me lots i did not know and will help me in my career.
The course is interesting, easy to understand and educative, I will be more careful and put into practice all I have learnt today.Great Job keep it up

I think that the frequency of questions with obviously wrong answers should be severely reduced. These questions undermine the entire qualification and make it too easy to pass without fully understanding the subject area.
Course was very helpful and knowledgeable. i learned so many tips and get knowledge about food and health and safety of life. how to look after ourself and family members. As a care support worker i learned a lot and i will follow all rules and regulation i learned from this course. Thanks very much.
