Content and information contained within was good; however I found the questions too simple, and in my opinion insufficient to warrant a Level certification. Furthermore I felt the presentation was on the bland side, but was nevertheless still better than previous courses we have tried.

Liked the short, sharp video presentations. The cards in the style of top trumps were interesting. Couldn't read all the information about the floors, ceilings etc when having to click on the workplace and how to maintain the inside. The screen would not scroll down so many sentences were half finished and I had to guess the rest.

I enjoyed doing the course, it was interesting, it has taught me lots i did not know and will help me in my career.

The course is interesting, easy to understand and educative, I will be more careful and put into practice all I have learnt today.Great Job keep it up

A very nice online test that helps give you more knowledge on food hygiene.

I think that the frequency of questions with obviously wrong answers should be severely reduced. These questions undermine the entire qualification and make it too easy to pass without fully understanding the subject area.
