course content was good but video sections wouldn't play so was winging it a bit due to lack of information
very informative and easy to follow, I found it really helpful in learning about the preparation of food. I thought the section with the different types of bacteria was the most helpful part as it taught me about different pathogens and bacteria which I wouldn't have known about before.

The training went into the types of germs / pathogens that grow or can be introduced into food that will spoil it or make it harmful. Although interesting, it was not needed for the test at the end or really required for a basic food hygiene information training, took a long time to read them all and was really not required. Other than that, informative and easy to navigate.
