I was really surprised that I enjoyed this course so much. It is interesting, and fast flowing, with easily digestible short chapters. It has really open my eyes to the world of food safety and hygiene, and I feel glad to have the knowledge.

The only issue i had was being able to download the certificate, said i was not logged in and a error had occurred.

The layout of it all made it so easy to remember the key points and to to follow. Also the questions throughout also made it easy remember key points
Although I understand and acknowledge that this is a food safety training, the assumption that the 37 C is the optimal temperature for bacterial growth, it is known that different microorganisms have different temperature optima. In addition, there has been reported cases of spoilage at low temperatures.Also it is incredibly inaccurate to categorise mushrooms as plants, they are fungi, as moulds. So that would need to be fixed.
I found the course informative and enjoyable.
Enjoyable and full of information which I will now use at home.
