I think this is quite a difficult test . To expect 100% is very hard going . I found it VERY frustrating !.

I learnt a lot about how to prevent hazards and poisoning in food areas and also precautions to take while handling food.
It's totally useful and necessary, simple things, in order to keep the food safety, preventing illnesses, having better personal Hygiene and at the same time, at the job environment, protecting both the Hygiene of your colleagues and customers.
A lot of detail about specific bacteria's which were interesting but fundamentally irrelevant. The end test didn't seem to cover the key details that the course went into.
