Very time consuming when working in a busy environment but very useful too
I found that the training course/video was easy to follow and explained well, however, I felt that in some areas the information was repetitive and didn't need to be said I've multiple clips.
It was set out in a logical way, with questions before the final test. Maybe .. more interaction and testing throughout the course could be useful.
