This course was educational and understanding.
most comprehensive, all explained "simply", so easy for all levels to follow. I expected to see the 5 different kinds of food categories and in which order they should be placed on descending shelves, but maybe you have a reason for not doing so.
As a retired GP, I thought I knew everything about the subject. However I learnt a lot of new things and refreshed my memory on things I had forgotten. I'm sure I'll be able to put my learning to good use and encourage others to comply with instructions.
