I had problems competing the test as it took a minute to answer each question and it was very frustrating. otherwise it would have been an interesting course. I would not like to complete any more online training like this as it was infuriating having to wait a whole minute to answer a simple question.regards Caroline.

problem with selecting the answers on the questions. I had to close the page and re open to allow me to answer all questions. this doubled my course time.

It was easy and quick to do

The content of the course was good. However doing the multiple choice sections was confusing and frustrating. Myself and my colleges when trying to make our choice on the questions (wouldn't let you select an answer) would then have to press the back arrow at the top left of the internet page to a fix problem page, then click back again to then go back to the question and then it would let you highlight the chosen box for the multiple choice. During this process on a few questions that I tried to answer and then had to do the above process I clicked on the same box not realising the answers have been switched again. This then made my answering wrong and going back to try again was not worth the trouble of having to go through that process again. So I kept my 85% pass rate.Kind regards carly

The course was really good and went over everything we needed to know/learn. I would recommend this to anyone. I liked the fact that it had question at the end of each section as well as a big test at the end of all the section.
