This course was interesting and informative, and conveyed the importance of the subject matter well. Good to have the varied teaching methods I.e. video using more traditional teaching by a teacher and, also, the written transcript within the elearning method. The transcript was particularly useful for those older ( I.e. me! )who are used to books to really learn, and reinforce new learning. There were different parts eg further information cleverly reinforcing and adding newer information on each module to help maintain interest.I liked the odd question after each section that occurred throughout the course. It encouraged keeping on your toes! My only criticism would be of the practical design of section 60. It was interactive in nature, which is a great idea but the tool was not explained or easy to use. The screen needed to be larger to incorporate all the information. As it is currently designed the cursor had to be used for each sentence, which interfered with getting the meaning of the sentence. This was for me new learning of a legal matter, although to be fair a lot was common sense. The support of Declan, Emma and Ellen from the centre was a bonus and appreciated. Thank you to you all.
The video presentation was very clear & concise. Each section was very informative but without any unessacary information. The 20 multiple choice questions were very straightforward & followed the sequencing of the presentation.
