I found that having one presenter, and no video presentations, i was able to hold my concentration better, the presenter spoke clearly, and concisely, which made it easy to follow, i was able to think about what was being said and now have a really good, clear understanding of food hygiene, thanks

Fantastic for a thorough introduction to food safety and hygiene. A little repetitive in places (sections on cross contamination especially) and a shame you can't click on the next button before the video has finished if you prefer to read the transcript. The test questions at the end were very simple and could have tested a more thorough understanding, but overall this was a relatively easy course to access.

i found this coarse interesting and easy to understand.the good thing was you could take a break and come back later to complete.
