it was a very long session as most was repeated in level 1 , could have just been 15 mins ?
The course was very informative and easy to follow, however the presenter was not very engaging and monodrome. The questions were good and common sense answered them.

It is the 2nd time I have done the course, so for me it was a good refresher from the initial training
As I have done the training before I thought it was at a good pace and a nice refresher for me.
as an experienced caterer this course was easy to use but i feel that someone new to catering would have very soon lost interest and focus
