I loved how you didn't have to read a lot and everything was video based it was great, and I learnt a lot also loved gaining and learning new valuable information that would help me in later on life.
Was good you didn't have to complete all at once. Disappointed a couple of answers I did it didn't accept making me think it was wrong and lost out.
Was a really useful course learning about the Cleanliness, the Cross-contamination, Chilling and Cooking. Very important information about the temperatures and bacteria as well. We all must follow those rules wheter working in hospitality. Thank you.
