The course was clear and ease to understand. I improve a lot my knowledge with the course .
Some of it I already knew and some was new to me and I am the better for it as well other people who take up this course.
Really well laid out, easy to follow and have breaks from if needed.I did notice that the man in clip 3:1:1 Cross Contamination Example is wearing a watch though! Naughty naughty.
