Enjoyed doing course, learnt many things.

I thought this course was brilliant I feel I have learned so much from it and it was so informative helping me achieve 100% score on the test.

iHASO website has all paperwork needed for our Food Hygiene folder.

A great course and well presented. It took me back to times of working in a kitchen and having to understand these issues.

Plenty time to complete and good to be able to go back to a section if needed

if you watch all the added information sections you come away with a good knowledge of this subject. It actually touches level 3 which is a good thing for all supervisors and chefs. Raised a couple of points of interest in our recently refurbished kitchens which I'll take up with the Chef. The only long winded bit was the hand washing. Apart from that it was at a good pace. Pen and paper recommended for students.

The course that I did was useful, had good information for me to understand and learn, the test is very useful. Just make sure that the information about different bacteria information and symptons section where you talk about e-coli, samonlla, Bacillus etc the interface that its on needs to be bigger as you had to scroll down and across to get all information also the same for the section where the kitchen picture where you like the tabs on surface, wall toilets ets needs to have a bigger interface so you can read it at once instead of scrolling down and across, you could miss on on information
