This course was well presented and incredibly easy to work through. The teaching was clear and taught well. It was helpful to have the questions pop up throughout to check understanding and the test at the end was easy to read and non threatening/frightening

just would like to state that I thought it was very interesting and informative.
The course was very informative and useful and was delivered in a very easy methodical manner. It has made me more aware of the various temperatures at which food should be stored.
