Good covered all you need to know while working in the food industry.
Clear information. Would be great to have some printouts to look through afterwards. Only issue was with the final 'exercise' as the information was too long to view on the screen so I had to keep scrolling across sideways and up and down. This made it harder to see and read with a good flow.
