Quite a long course, but the ability to stop and restart makes it easier to complete and not so time-consuming. The speaker is concise and the information useful, although a lot of it is common sense, and some of the later parts wouldn't apply to a small Tea Shop. One question at the end confused me..............what does HACP stand for?..............I reran this part of the course a couple of times, and still couldn't find any reference to it.
Mix the teaching up between presentation and exercises, use of more graphics to make a little more engaging.

I pressed the backwards button by mistake and it was all lost. I received an email after that the course is completed when I did not have the chance to complete the test but I watched all the videos.
