Informative and covers a wide range of valuable points and topics. Certainly easier taking the refresher than the initial one. My only grumble is that I find it far easier to absorb the information by reading the transcript with the guy's voice muted, but found myself then having to wait tedious seconds for him to finish talking and the summary to appear before I could move on to the next slide.

I would highly recommend this course for anyone handling food or working with students in cookery lessons in schools. It doesn't take long to complete and is presented in an engaging way which is easy to understand.

Simple understandable language.

I was able to fit the learning in between my everyday tasks... it was only 60mins long, but for some reason being half term I just couldn’t find an hour to myself, so I did the reading and listening on the bus, whilst shopping etc. I loved that it saved my progress so I didn’t have to restart from the beginning each time. I feel a lot more confident about my food handling and preparation skills.

I feel the course was excellent and covered all aspects applicable to my industry and role.

I think the videos were good and understanding. And also we got to learn some stuffs that didn’t even cross our minds.

Having never done anything like this before, I will admit that I was a little anxious (which is why the option to do the modules from home was very appealing to me). This module took me an hour and 40 minutes from start to finish (issues with the oversensitive touch pad on the laptop when selecting answers meant that I had to go back to the beginning of the test on numerous occasions) but I was really pleased with myself when I got to the end of the test with 100%. I found the whole thing very interesting from start to finish - thank you.
