I MANAGED TO KEEP FOCUSED THROUGHOUT THE COURSE (EVEN THOUGH I WAS ON A NIGHT SHIFT DOING IT AT 03:00 EARLY HOURS)I LIKED HOW IT WAS BROKEN DOWN INTO SECTIONS, I FOUND IT EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND TO RETAIN. KIND REGARDS SALLY.

This was an extremely educational course.I feel I have gained a large amount of vital knowledge that will assist me in my new employment.The presentation was excellent,clear,straight forward and easy to understand.The questions throughout the process kept you on your toes and engaged......and I actually enjoyed doing the test!
