Some of the information is repeated multiple times, therefore it is easier to loose interest in the topic. There is a to of information to cover but the length of the training could be reduced. Overall it is very useful and engaging.
The man talking in the video spoke well and explained in detail why it is Important to have knowledge of food hygiene and food preparation
