Was a great course, really understood everything
The course was very easy to follow. The presntations, followed by written summary, then a quick check questions at the end of each topic, made it very easy to absorb the information. Well put together and good graphics.

Very interesting course which covered all aspects of food hygiene - I certainly learnt things I didn't know. Some of the multiple choice test questions were a bit too easy.
This course is easy to use, has the correct information in an easy to understand format and is well presented. the mini tests during the course build confidence and the end test is challenging enough to make you think about your learning.
Learnt a lot from doing the course
Although I started a foodclub hygiene course the 2nd part n test got cancelled due to COVID-19 doing this one online was really good to watch short videos of each subject to refresh my memory. Great you can restart test to do better
