This is well paced and enables you to do in chunks. It clearly shows how you are progressing through the programme and allows you to go back and relook at information or videos if you need to.

Long ,but very informative and interesting, making it easy to understand.
I found the course to be manageable in sections, which made it easier for me to learn about the different aspects of Food Safety and Hygiene procedures. It was definitely helpful being tested during the stages of training - which gave me the challenge to pass the exam.

ihave learnt alot from doing this course and their was alot of things i did not know, at work and at home.
very good, but also contained the same content as level one, so seemed to be going over this again to complete level two.
It’s very good to have a refresher.
