Really enjoyed doing this course to help me keep up to date.
Hiya, great course I really enjoyed it but... I was surprised I got a question wrong in the test about at what temperate most bacteria can not survive beyond. In my notes from your training I recorded that bacteria usually start to die above 63 degrees, but in the test this was incorrect and the answer was actually 75 degrees. I felt this was more the answer to the question along the lines of 'At what temperature should food be cooked at to ensure all bacteria do not survive?' rather than at what temperate can most bacteria not survive beyond. Just a thought.

Very clear and informative - as with all training on line it can be difficult to concentrate if an hour long - maybe more images and the opportunity to be more interactive for different styles of learners - for older adults and people with hearing impairments it would be helpful for sone of the talking to be a little slower
A good way to learn and understand the way to read, listen and speak
I rate this course to be the best way of learning and understand because there is enough time to complete the course
I found the course to be very informative and helpful. Some of the slides were a bit long, with a lot to take in, so it was good that there was the option of being able to replay slides as often as required.
