Good refresher course

Clear, relevant information that is presented well in the videos.

The information is delivered clearly and appropriate to activities in our Hub. It is easy to follow and understand making it useful on a day to day basis. Some areas aren't directly relevant to my everyday role but from time to time we may be called on to help others and I feel it is important that we know and understand all areas so we can ensure proper safety and hygiene at all times.

easy to understand and an easy listening course, simple navigation for those not so computer literate . the test at the end could have an option to retake rather than going through the whole course again.

This is a great course for anyone working with food. The format is simple and tests learning as you progress with a simple test at the end. Lots of useful resources too.

The course was very concise and easy to follow. There was a lot of information , but the way it was delivered made it easier to take in.
