It was about the different types of contaminates that pose a food and the people consuming it, the main methods of food preservation, the importance of time and temperature controls in food safety, poor food safety can lead to legal action, fines, job losses, and some foods are more likely to cause allergy ,but any food can.
Very practicle,common sense test.
Most of this is common sense but it's very useful to have it condensed into a one hour training package.
