This was my second time doing this course and got the same 2 questions wrong but this and all courses like this are really necessary not just when dealing with your food & safety but other's as well. Will recommend this to others we all need to be aware..
It was great to have a recap on food hygiene, fridge and freezer degrees and reheating food safetly. I also found the high and low risk foods very interesting
the course was very good , informative and easy to follow. it has extra information and main point section that was good and clear.
