The videos are all separated into different sections meaning a lot of them are just thirty seconds meaning you then have to press next and then play again every thirty seconds which is a pain

Very interesting course throughly enjoyed
A very comprehensive course on food safety and hygiene. Allow plenty of time as it does take longer than an hour to complete. Don't try to rush it as you need to remember all aspects to take the final test questions.

Easy to listen to and little tests help to maintain focus. Not a fan of the trick question where both answers were correct.
I wasn't sure what to expect as haven't done these courses before ,but was very impressed .My only moan was that at the beginning of some of the videos it seemed to jump and the chaps words were mixed up .
