Very condensed and straight forward. I learned some valuable skills as well as had explained many part of food safety that I was not aware of.
I liked that was good visual aid also the transcript was there if you needed it. Good, clear speech and was at a good pace.Information was informative and good to refresh knowledge that I already have but for anyone who did this for the first time would not be too overwhelmed by the information that was being given out.
