The Food Safety and Hygiene Course was thorough in its delivery with relevant information which I will be able to easily follow in practice.
I was asked to complete this Food Hygiene course because I am involved in Centre 33, providing free hot meals. Initially the course was quite daunting with a large amount of information to absorb. However the way the course was presented with information in small sections was excellent. The two presenters presenting the information alternately worked very well and enabled the information to be understood and remembered. It took me about 2.5 hours to complete and was well worth the time.
I really liked the way this was set out and how questions were incorporated to test your knowledge so far, very helpful!
The training was good in terms of being able to go back / replay sections that you felt you needed to do again.

The videos was good, clear, straightforward and easy to understand. However, I feel there should be more activities/interactive questions to help remember the information considering there are 48 videos to watch and interest and can easily lost after some time.
