An excellent course that covers many of the basics of food safety and hygiene. Easy to use and follow with helpful 'add ons' throughout the process.
The video's were very good and very clear and the questions made sense.
The course gave me a good understanding of safe food handling, regarding preparation, safety and checking, cleanliness and correct storage and temperatures.
