Lots of useful information to remember when working with food, good to refresh the memory of particular tasks
This was very thorough and really useful for my job role, I have learnt alot from this training and always good to have a refresher on something so important.
Interesting narration which made the course clear and easy to follow. Links to further understanding were made available which was helpful. Regular 'checks' proved useful.
I have learnt a great deal from doing this course especially to temperatures required to reheat food etc
Excellent stuff, became quite attached to the trainers on the slideshow by the end!
This is a very boring way to learn and does not allow for kinesthetic learners.

Course was very informative, well presented and information was clear.
First of all it was very easy and straight forward to log in and do the course. Also the timing for the test was good too, some question was very tricky causing you to think carefully.
