My second time round doing a level 2 hygiene. Test were worth the while.

Very good how Level 2 content linked closely with Level 1 course so that much of Level 2 was revision. Importantly Level 2 new learning extended from Level 1. For example the different types of preservation, the relationship between risk & hazard ,uninterrupted cold chains.

IT WAS QUICK AND SIMPLE TO FOLLOW.

This course is a good overview of health hygiene issues. It is user friendly, very clear without any unnecessary jargon, but also not patronising. Perhaps a little longer than it need be, but very comprehensive.

Easy to follow and understand the theory and really interesting course. thank you Sure, everyone who completed the course will use all learnt on the practise not only at work, but also at his routine domestic life.

The course is sectioned well and easy to understand from the trainers. Good idea to have two different people so you can differentiate between sections. Although when working all actions are performed automatically, by doing this course you can recall what the trainer has said to confirm you haven't missed anything out.

The video clips were really helpful and the summaries were concise.
