Was easy to follow gave straightforward instructions and was easy to understand and complete.

It was quite boring but easy to follow and understand. This course was clearly aimed at catering businesses and professional kitchens rather than a special needs school taking cookery classes. Would have been better to have some training on how to keep these hygiene standards when working with children etc

I enjoyed everything with the course

Covered a wide range of regulatory and legal obligations. Would have been nice to know all the colours of the chipping boards.

Actually its my first time but for me im really happy that i learn new things about food safety and how to handle because i working in kitchen and fir me its a good experience and ive learned a lot

Good course not to heavy in legalities. Got sound basic understanding of requirements for working in food industry

Content has been updated since I last took the course which was good - still learning and didn't get bored.
