I wish you wouldn't deliberately make the questions so confusing to read . Having done a lot of Level 2 Food Safety hygiene courses in the past i feel like this course could have had better and more relevant questions for the final test. However overall it was good.
overall was a good course however i gave it four stars because it would have been nice if it was more interactive, for example mini games to illustrate what is being learnt.

This course has loads of information in the slides. It is worth also reading the text to make sure you take the information in. There are pdf and links to other information, too. Leave yourself plenty of time to take this course, as so much information - it cannot be rushed through. It is very informative and has important food safety information.
