Clear & simple presentation

The video content (moving real-life clips & images) and speakers are very clear and easy to follow and take in... so much easier than trying to take in pages & pages of text!! Thank you!I would comment though that I think 60% pass rate is quite low - it really is essential that people in this industry know what they are doing as there can be serious consequences if they don't!

Very good course

The course is quite long with some repetition but you can do part and come back to it later which makes it easier to take in. It is clearly and simply explained and the multi choice questions are not too difficult. You do not have to remember names of bacterial pathogens or types of cleaning solutions! Overall a very good way of learning basic food hygiene.

Just concerned about the fact that gluten isn't only in wheat. it's also in barley, rye and oats.Otherwise a very good course Thank you!
