The presenters explained things clearly and in a balanced way that was clear to follow. The pictures were clear and homed in on the topic. They presented the legal obligations in a fair manner without scaremongering. Just very factual. The additional information, when needed, was helpful to understand the points made.
A bit difficult with the kids running around in lockdown but a very good course you do need to have 2 hours minimum and NO KIDS AROUND
Would have been helpful if it had been made clearer that HACCP training needs to be completed only by supervisors. Just a note in the summary section on this part of the training would have meant that I did not attempt to go into this additional bit of training. A later slide explained that HACCP required by only those supervisor level or above.

I enjoyed doing this course, it was very clear, concise and the necessary information was provided in a way that was easy to remember.
Course was great but links to the EU legislation & government website were confusing. I think a summary of the contents would be better.

Well enunciated and clear in content - I found the course easy to understand and very clear and interesting content
This course covered every aspect of food preparation, cooking and storage in detail. There was emphasis on making sure it was understood, and broken into easy to absorb sections.
