An interesting course which taught me a number of lessons to implement at home. I will feel much more confident that when I prepare food at the shelter it will be both safe and nutritious.

A good course that makes you realise more than you knoe. More common sense
My BIG problem with this was the first 37 sections of the level two training was EXACTLY the same as all of the level one training I was required to do which although you could argue reinforced knowledge made the training incredibly TEDIOUS and I was tempted to skip those sections as I already knew them. This needs addressing.

I enjoyed the two ladies telling me about all the different subjects it broke the sessions up nicely .
Short and to the point. Useful information.
The course was ideal as it included examples to clarify, it gave you time to re visit each slide to make notes.
I found this course very knowledgeable and made me aware of the dangerous of Food poisoning in relating to cooking and storing food at the right tempertatures
