A good test for everyone, it doesn't matter if you work or not with food, is good for knowing the safety for myself aswell.

A few glitches on some videos but otherwise good.
The course was very informative and straightforward. It is easy to use and I like that you can read a transcript, rewatch the videos if necessary, and resume the course when necessary.

If I wanted to go back to refresh my memory, I had to listen going forward to the whole lot again. ie: going back to paragraph no 6 from 8 then had to listen to paragraph 7 again.
