This course was definitely worth completing. It has so much information packed into it and then a test at the end to ensure that you’ve taken in all of the important information that is crucial.

It is essential that all staff in houses are aware of the food hygiene protocol and procedure. This training is easy to access and it is good that it has subtitles as not all computers have speakers. It is clear and concise in it's delivery.

Clear and concise. It gives you all the information that you need, in a way you can understand. It doesn't bombard you with lots of complicated jargon.

Very good course and easy to follow.

The course was very easy to get around. It had good short clip videos, often they would ask you questions from multiple choice which you select the answer. It wasnt too long the learning. I suggest you try and do it over a few days in the same week.Thank you for this Training - Mandy Rice
