One of the slides where the chef is cutting up raw chicken on a red board; he then puts the chopping board AND sharp knife in the sink. Not good practise to put sharp knives in sinks.

very good course and simple to follow

Learnt and reminded myself of controls and safe handling of food especially cross contamination. Section on fridge controls and where to place certain food groups in fridge was area I personally was not aware of . E Learning course was easy to follow and content communicated clearly, good that no time limits on each section or tests which allow you to fully understand and take in all information

Very straight forward and easy to follow

Good training course to do. It helps to make us aware of the importance of Food Safety and Hygiene even around our own homes and the basic precautions that need to be thought of when dealing with food.

Idiotproof format

Both speakers were clear and easy to follow, and it was a good idea to intersperse the content with the occasional question just to make sure concentration wasn't slipping 😊 simple to complete but I'm glad the training is valid for 3 years!
