this is due to my dyslexia , i do feel i learnt more listening and watching the trainers
It was easy to follow. I did think that putting the percentage that you passed at was unnecessary on the front of the certificate.
A really informative tutorial on food hygiene and handling. The two ladies delivered the information in bite size chunks making it easy to absorb and digest. A very worth while course to bring people up to speed on the facts that are crucial when working with food.
