Course documentation

The course referred to additional resources and a PDF but there was no link to these and I could not see how to reach these resources. An example was the four ways to defrost food.Apart from this the course was excellent and Somerset West and Taunton should make it PERMANENTLY available to educate all catering staff. Employers could then make it a condition of employment that everyone passes the test before they can be employed.Thank you

Very informative. Good resources.

I liked the links to other sites in reference to key principles and procedures. I am visual and so having the ability to both watch a teacher with plenty of visuals and to follow along with titles and notes below was helpful. I feel I have basic knowledge and more. A refresher will be needed as there is a lot of information to take in.
