Very clearly put over, i must habe missed the order to put PPE on!
It helps you to understand on how we should handle foods when we in the cooking environment also knowing what risks of disease you should avoid before using the food products and making sure that you are prepared to keep your kitchen and restaurants safely.

It helped to refresh my memory of all the different procedures involved in food and hygiene practices.
This was an excellent course. I imagined having to read lots but the videos and slides were great to watch and learn from. Everything was covered. Great test too. My score was 100%, so it proves it teaches very well.
