Lots to read but a very important subject took a lot longer than advised

Well put together. Having two people presenting kept my interest. The using of real people iin their environment is easier to learn from than just words alone. I also liked the questions throughout.

The course is very informative. It has broadened my knowledge of the importance of cleanliness in the kitchen , and the seriousness of cross- contamination.
