Delivered in a easily understood way
interesting and well presented
Easy to understand and with the possibility to review the same content more the once.
Course covered the key elements of Level 2 hygiene. Videos were simple to follow and having quiz questions through the course was good. I couldn't download the additional course content. The test at the end was, for me, too short and didn't cover some of the key learning elements like cross contamination, allergens, bacteria growth and temperature control. Would like to see a manufacturing focused course as there is a lot of this content which is not at the level needed for manufacturing standards.
