The course comprises 48 “bite-size” videos covering all issues of health & safety related to the”farm to fork” handling of food and drink. The co-presenters explain each topic clearly and concisely, with the key points displayed at the end off each presentation. In addition, there are highlighted links, where necessary, offering further information. This course is packed with information so required more than the 70 minutes suggested - but it was well worth the extra time!
